If you're looking to create a completely unique product from the ground up or personalize one of our existing formulas, this choice is tailored to your needs. You have the flexibility to incorporate active ingredients into our existing formulations, provide your own ingredient list, or even request us to reverse-engineer a product similar to your own or a competitor's. For this option, there is a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 2500 units.
To initiate the process, we require a $2500 non-refundable lab fee per formulation that includes up to three changes/submissions. This fee includes the Formal Stability & Compatibility (ACC) ($2000 value) and Preservative Challenge Testing (AET/PET) ($1500 value). Once you are satisfied with the sample and give your approval, we typically complete your order in less than 8-10 weeks.
