Wet your loofah pad under warm water to soften and expand it. 2. You may add your body wash or soap of choice. 3. Gently scrub your body and rub in circles to exfoliate your skin. 4. To avoid skin irritation, use up to two times per week. DO NOT WRING. Store in a cool, dry place (while not in use). Hang to dry. Replace your loofah every 2-3 months.
