I received two samples, both of which took significantly longer than the estimated lead time. Unfortunately, the quality and craftsmanship were subpar. The supplier struggled to understand and implement simple requests and adjustments. Additionally, I found the problem-solving approach to be limited, and they were unable to provide effective solutions.
