Trademark Filing

A search will uncover obstacles we may face during the application process, such as businesses with similar names and those in business before you. Our basic search covers the United States. If you do business internationally, it may be best to do an international search as well. Once we determine we are facing a tolerable level of risk, then we file the application. The search is $550. 2. The current processing time is a minimum of 12 months if we don't have any issues. If there are significant office actions, the process could take much longer. The application is $1400, which includes one filing fee. The following additional fees may be incurred depending on your individual application. We will have a better idea of any additional fees once the search is completed. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding these fees.
