February 21, 2025If I could give 0 star I would. This supplier is very unprofessional & rude!! They lack customer service & from jump they seem to not want business just the money. I wouldn’t do business with them at all plus we didn’t even get to the sample. Just Terrible! & just stopped replying to my messages. Save yourself the headache dealing with these rude ass people.

October 03, 2024The supplier was responsive. However, after ordering and receiving a sample of the product, we allowed it to expand for a couple of days. Unfortunately, the lumbar support cushion still had wrinkles even after two months. We found that its quality did not meet the standard of other lumbar support cushions we have previously purchased from different suppliers.
