October 15, 2024The communication was slow and the final project delivery took a long time especially when they finished and we asked for modifications and they confirmed that they working on it as it didn't follow the details we provided. Two weeks later, they said they didn't attempt any change and sent me the product's missing parts. So i took one and a half stars off because of improper communication and transparency and one star for incomplete projects and less attention to detail. Delivery was smooth and overall quality was ok.
