July 06, 2024I had a very disappointing experience. I was charged for a special tie-dye treatment and approved the Pantone we wanted, however, the sample I received does not look like the product they are selling. The effect was not tie-dyed instead was printed on with the wrong color. Their incompetence in executing my design was never communicated. They also promised to provide virtual proof with the sample photo before shipping, but I never received it.
