The products failed a quality check at the factory, failing to meet standards + are fell apart in customers' hands. Insufficient glue was applied, materials were too thin, and screws were improperly installed. This resulted in a substantial financial loss. Additionally, the supplier refused to manage shipping, creating chaos in transferring inventory from their factory to Pietra. The only positive I can give (which is why I am giving 1 star instead of .5) is that the contact for Shuhuan was nice.

Shuhuan sent us sample swatches so far, and has continued to assure us we are placing our bets on the right partners. We are continuing to develop products with them and have been very happy with the level of service we've received.
