August 14, 2023I am leaving this review in hopes of receiving accountability for this vendor's lack of response. I ordered a small shipment of glass mugs back in May and it is now mid-August and I have yet to receive any updates on my order. I was told it would take 4 weeks to receive. I have made many attempts to reach out to this vendor and have not received any updates.
