I’m the founder of Jelliebend, a wearable back warmer compression sleeve that helps to reduce lower back pain and injury and as a small business owner I depend on Suite Creative Studio for production. When I started with Suite Creative Studios my company was smaller and they worked with me to complete small batch production and as we have grown they have been reliable and dependable for scaling production. Jessica not only helped me get my business off the ground, she goes above and beyond on a regular basis. I love going through the creative process with her and relying on her vast knowledge. Initially, Jessica offered her guidance and support for my business before any commitments were made and because of this we launched into our first mission together and found suppliers I have confidence in. In this project Jessica planned, executed, and supported me throughout a full day of sourcing appointments. She followed up with a detailed description of each meeting, including key takeaways, and made herself available for any ongoing questions I had. After the sourcing trip we had our 2 nd project together, during this mission Jessica presented a market analysis report and continued to wow with her industry experience and skillset. It is also important to note that Jessica comes with established industry contacts and during our sourcing meetings many vendors praised Jessica’s knowledge and mentioned how much they enjoyed working with her. We’ve finished 2 projects together but I still consider Jessica an excellent resource and look forward to working together again.

Jessica really came through for me in a time where I was feeling a bit stuck. I had to make a lot of decisions about a collection that I was putting together, and I wasn't feeling very confident about the way some of the samples and colors had come out. She really helped me to clarify the brand direction, the aesthetic, the fabric, and the overall look and feel of it.  As an independent designer launching a first collection on my own, I was really looking for some guidance from someone more experienced in the industry, it was great to be able to go back and forth on ideas with her, and it really helped me to get over the block in moving forward that I was feeling. Wish I would have hired Suite Creative Studio Sooner! I made the mistake of hiring a factory directly to start my project. It was a costly mistake that made the beginning of my prototyping and sampling stressful. I hired Suite Creative to take over the project. Jessica is very knowledgeable. I am making a line of silk accessories for ethnic hair including pillowcases, sleep caps and scrunchies. Jessica was able to fix the sloppy patterns I was given on my first attempt at production. She created clear tech packs with directives to sample multiple factories. The new samples came back in a timely manner. They were made of much higher quality. Jessica was able to source a lower price on the silk materials than what I could find. The cut and sew prices came back half the price of the prototypes I sourced on my own. I am a businesswoman who has run a brick and mortar business for many years, employing a team of 13. However, I have no experience creating a product from scratch. Jessica has made my vision into a reality and I only wish I hadn't wasted time and money before hiring her.
