Nightmare to deal with. Horrible is beyond an UNDERSTATEMENT. They have NO respect for company timelines. First delayed the sample time. Following that, they then DOUBLED the production time from the initial quote AFTER we had paid for the bulk order. Company produced poor quality product. Off centred / poorly placed designs. Using garments DIRECTLY from 3rd party suppliers (supplied exact same pants that can be found at a fraction of the rate on AliB). Simply a middleman with 0 urgency towards their customers or their orders, 0 regard to the what is being produced, 0 regard to quoted timelines, and 0 apologies, acknowledgement or sympathies for disruptions and delays caused as a result of their sloppiness and unprofessionalism. As someone who is paying a subscription for increased professionalism on Pietra, this company is far from it. I promise, ANY other will be a superior alternative. Please let this be a clear, painful warning of this horrific so called “supplier”. Buyer, Beware.

Service was ok. Original item didn't use artwork we provided and had to reproduce, creating a very long timeline to getting our sample in hand to review.
